My background is 23 years with the Royal Mail Group PLC, before being made redundant when the IT function was out sourced. During that time I worked across the full gamut of IT including periods as Data Analyst; Auditor; Programmer; Regional Computer Manger; Regional and National Technical Project Manager and National Systems Integrator.

I have –

- Managed and set up help desks and associated service level agreements; handled change management, risk analysis, version control, capacity management and other such processes.

- Personally managed and successfully delivered over 250 projects from the small to the large.

- Managed programs and teams of Project Managers that have delivered over 2,500 projects.

- Designed and delivered IT training courses and acted as 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tier user support for a variety of hardware and software.

- Carried out a of computer audits, business process reviews, software and hardware upgrades and national roll outs of software and hardware, office relocation's, new site commissions.
